At Mandarin Tree we believe in a healthy and nutritious balanced diet consisting of Eastern and Western meals. 
However, we are not organic or gluten free. Below is an example of the children’s daily meals:

* Daily breakfast will usually consist of fresh fruit, oatmeal, porridge, cereal, bagels or toast and milk.

Monday
 

Mid-Morning snack: Fresh seasonal fruit (strawberries, grapes, melon, apples and bananas)

Lunch: Rice with seasoned pork and vegetables

Afternoon snack:  Biscuits and milk

Tuesday

Mid-morning snack:  Fresh seasonal fruit

Lunch: Spaghetti and salad

Afternoon snack: Roasted yams or raw carrots

Wednesday


Mid-morning snack:  Fresh seasonal fruit

Lunch:  Rice with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and broccoli

Afternoon snack:  Apple slices and carrots

Thursday


Mid-morning snack:  Sweet warm red bean soup with coconut milk

Lunch:  Finger sandwiches or chicken nuggets

Afternoon snack:   Cheese and crackers


Friday

Mid-morning snack:  Fresh seasonal fruit (cantaloupe)

Lunch:  Chow mein with chicken, mushrooms, and scallions

Afternoon snack:  Biscuits and milk
